"R5" or "Assassin's style": 30-35-30 3 Typo limit. This style allowed you to kill someone in one blow.
"MT2A": 30-35-30 3 typo limit. Created by: Retarded people.
"RMT2A": 30-35-30 0 typo limit. Name required in all posts excluding preps.
"KS": 50-50-50. 3 Typo limit. Created by: ?.
"KSS": 100-100-100. 3 Typo limit. Created by: ?
Notes:
All of these styles have certain word limits that require change. Example would be double the words required to mix actions in posts. Such as getting in range of an enemy and dodging/blocking or attacking at the same time. So in T2 it would be 14 words to get in range + attack. Also your range must come in your post before your attack otherwise it's void. Styles in quotations are in quotations because they're really retarded and people really just came up with them as scare tactic against T2'ers. Regardless of being real or not, people still fight in them on occasion. On real Eden's Era style without quotations require you to make 5 valid hits before killing someone(or prepping enough to land a deathblow the first hit).
The speed styles; a former era:
S15: 15-15-15 3 Typo limit.
S15R: 15-15-15 No typos name in all posts excluding preps.
S20: 20-20-20 3 Typo limit.
S20R: 20-20-20 No typos name in all posts excluding preps.
Notes:
These styles were brought around by by Derek / The Southern Wind. They were the original S styles, and are no longer really used after MySpace's era of S20 came around.
The straight styles; a new era:
"S10": 10-10-10 0 Typo limit. Name required in all posts excluding preps.
S15: 15-15-15 0 Typo limit. Name required in all posts excluding preps.
S20: 20-20-20 0 Typo limit. Name required in all posts excluding preps.
"S30": 30-30-30 0 Typo limit. Name required in all posts excluding preps.
Notes:
Created by MySpace..I believe. These are spin offs and more commonly used versions of the speed styles. In Straight styles you don't need to double words to enter range and attack. The S stands for straight, and every thing imaginable is done with the same word limit. You can even counter with the same amount of words, making this style easy for tricky fighters. Same rules apply for quotations.
In MySpace you didn't need to prep for certain things like using wind or something. But in all other chats you have to use preps for any form of magic/withdrawing of a weapon/breaking of a bone. More MySpace styles to come.
Purebred MySpace styles:
T2b: 7-10-7 3 Typo limit. Opponent's name in every post excluding preps. MySpace allowed the shortening of your opponent's name to ONE letter.
T2a: 7-10-7 0 Typos. Exact opponent name in every post excluding preps.
Straight15: 15-15-15 No typos name in all posts.
Straight20: 20-20-20 No typos name in all posts.
"PSS20" or "Perfect sentence structure 20": 20-20-20. No typos name in all posts excluding preps. You also had to have perfect punctuation hence the name. It was more of a scare tactic than a style kind of like Eden's Era's KS/KSS.
Notes:
MySpace allowed the use of things like hitting from out of range with objects without preps. You could throw a rock at someone's head, without bringing the rock in range to hit them. So the average T2 fight was pretty much done from out of range. MySpace also required no typos in most of their styles, and had the requirement of you to post which body you were attacking with. I.E. the left or right arm/leg/hand. Some smart people who were unable to adapt to this (like me) just used their head/nose/teeth/gut. You know. Things you only have one of, or don't have a left or right of. So this rule was easy to get around.
Modern styles:
Ninjamatsu: 15-20-15 2 Typo limit.
Ninjamatsu is broken into two rounds first person to score 10 hits in it wins the match. If both fighters win one round, then there's a sudden death first person to score a hit in this wins. Finishers are unable to be stopped in this style. Ninjamatsu was created by MG.
Hybrid: There are no word limits. Line limits. At least 2 full lines of text every post. Hybrid is the meeting point of turn based and speed. You are able to kill someone in hybrid the first connection. Anything's legit. I don't think there are even preps in hybrid for magic (someone correct me if that's wrong). Hybrid was created by AnimeLab or Alab.
Sidenotes:
If there are any styles you feel should be added here, let me know.
